Today was a BIG day in my sourdough class!
The kiddos got to use the starter they fed and named yesterday, to mix their very own bread today!!

We have no emergency loaves, this is their actual work! They had to follow directions and learn through trial and error! But we have shaped loaves!!

I am shaping and baking, for sake of time, but they did the hard work themselves in class!

Bread making is for everyone! 🥖

Delivery will be around 1 pm today. Bagels were not cool in time to package before class, so I will come home and wrap these up right after.

Jalapeño cheddar, Everything, Sesame, and plain bagels. Vanilla latte marshmallows, and Big Dill Sourdough Cheese Crackers!
