A couple cakes I've made over the past couple weeks. I have a couple pending orders that I need to accomplish this weekend and some cookies to bake for next week for clients at my new day job. Still finding a balance between working, life, and baking. First cake was a chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream and sprinkles. Second cake was a black forest cake.
The cake that started all this five years ago, was asked to make it again. My sponsor took 35yrs and it was just as good now as it was then. German chocolate cake.

I've been a bit absent. I had the flu the first week of January and then got Omicron the following week. I've been just taking it easy and had to cancel some really great opportunities, unfortunately. I am back though, if you need anything for Valentines Day. I will be limited however. I have a new full time job doing outside sales, so my baking time could be a bit limited.

Just had a repeat customer ask me to make her and her family Christmas dinner. I figure I may as well offer to everyone. Depending on how many people, I can offer 2-4lbs of Santa Maria marinated smoked tritip, roasted winter veggies (butternut squash, carrots, onions, brussel sprouts, beets, sweet potatoes, or any other veggies you'd prefer) and some roasted potatoes (onion or parmesan flavored) and a dessert of your choice (small cheesecake, pie, or cookies.)
Since I was laid off from my day job, I'm focused on making my baking and cooking my full time job, if I can get enough steady business. Thank you for all of your support and encouragement. 🙏❤

It's been a very very busy last couple weeks here. 44 dozen cookies for a local fundraiser. I have made a handful of cheesecakes and recently have been making meals for a few local families. A simple message and away we go. It's been a blast and someday I am hoping to do this full time. As always thank you for your support.
It's going to be a very busy next couple of weekends. I helped a local fundraiser, Team La Sierra . This is the order to be completed, we ended up splitting the proceeds 50/50, donated $482.50, and will basically donate my time and the $482.50 will pay for supplies. It's a great way to get my name out to our local community and share some great cookies. Thank again for your continued support! ❤🙏
Since I received so much interest about meal prep, we'll start with this. Order a 2-3lb santa maria dry rubbed smoked tri tip, a 9x13 tray of 50/50 roasted broccoli/potatoes, a dozen oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, and a small pack of hawaiin sweet rolls for $55.
Dinner was delivered, served, and destroyed. 😅

The infamous Reese's Peanut Butter Cheesecake. I've been told it taste better than the factory. I don't use fillers, only cream cheese, peanut butter, chocolate chips, vanilla, and eggs. Baked with a lot of love. 🤴

Sugar free chocolate cheesecake. Special request from a good friend. I used monk fruit sugar to sweeten the cheesecake. It has an almond flour crust to limit overall carbs. 🤴
