Ever since I could walk and talk, I was in the kitchen with my mother. All of my desserts are hand crafted, using only the finest ingredients.

My childhood passion and my mother’s inspiration encouraged me to follow my dream of being a pastry chef. I am proud to be the owner and pastry chef of “Piece of Cake”, based in Brooklyn, New York, started in 2012. With my culinary education, I apply my knowledge and creative ability to produce unique and fine desserts. My passion, skills and dedication will make your life just a little sweeter. I
