Baking and decorating cakes originally started off as a personalized gift for friends, coworkers, and family, but soon turned into a small business. I taught cake decorating classes for a bit, but eventually had to take a few years off from baking to finish my B.S. Now that I’ve graduated, and have some free time again, I’ve decided to reopen my cake shop. I often tell people that baking is very s

imilar to chemistry, only the results are much tastier!!! One of the things I love most about cake decorating is seeing the reactions on people’s faces when they see the final product (especially children!). Between bringing smiles to people’s faces and my love for chemistry, Reaction Cakes was born. My cakes are completely customizable, in both appearance and taste, so my clients get exactly what they want.
