I apologize for being so quiet the last 2 weeks! The last vending event was 2 weeks ago and it was a huge success! But that meant that I was sold out of quite a few products so I have been working hard to restock! Plus I have a new item added to the line up! Freeze dried sourdough starter! I baked a beautiful loaf of sourdough bread made with this exact batch of starter just last night!

Today I will be at the Port Deposit Farmers Market from 10-2! Hope to see you all there!

And if you choose to hang around, at 2:00 the Port Deposit summer concert series will begin!

🍏 Doing a little experimenting here! I’ve done loads of cinnamon apples (a healthy favorite for my kids), but I’ve never tried them with caramel!

🍎 Freeze drying takes a decent bit of trial and error. Especially when it comes to candy. I know that apples freeze dry well, but I’m not sure about how this particular caramel will do. I’m worried it might be too runny and disappear. But there’s only one way to find out! I’m sure I can find someone willing to eat the mistakes 🤣
