I am over the (full🌝) moon with joy to share this one! Proudly presenting my first official vegan birthday cake!
I recently celebrated my 21st birthday! 🥳
In honor of said celebration, I promised to bake myself a cake. 🩵 Believe it or not, it is something I have never done until now.
|| Dual layers of ~Brown sugar chocolate chip cake, separated by a rich & delicious
~Choc. chip [no bake + edible] cookie dough filling layer | Iced & Decorated with: a
~Plant•based•butter ‘Buttercream’ frosting ||
✨This cake is certifiably • made w/ whole grains • dairy free • vegan • 🌱
{ Now, I do loveee cake, make no mistake-
I create AND I consume!
At heart though, I am a Cookie Monster. 🤭
& In the gut, I am lactose intolerant.}
While brainstorming cake ideas, both of these ^ were major deciding factors.
I immediately thought of a traditional cookie cake. Yet, I just wanted something different!
I wanted it all. I wanted the cake. I wanted the cookies. I wanted it dairy free.
So, I made it.
