✨ Hello friends! ✨

As many of you know, this past July Bake Me Away officially launched our Cookie of the Month Club—and I’m so excited to say it’s been a wonderful success! 🍪💕

This experience pushed me way outside my comfort zone, allowing me to create and curate unique flavors I may not have explored otherwise. And my amazing members got to enjoy every delicious experiment along the way!

One of the biggest perks of the club? Members received premium and specialty cookies at the basic cookie price, plus exclusive flavors that were not available to order.

From the very beginning, I knew I wanted my Cookie Club members—the ones who tried every single cookie—to help decide which flavors deserved a permanent spot on the menu. So I put it to a vote… and the results are in! 🎉

Salted caramel shortbread bars!

These thick and buttery shortbread cookies are topped with gooey caramel, creamy chocolate, and a kiss of sea salt. These bars are rich, satisfying, and dangerously easy to fall in love with — the kind of treat you keep thinking about long after the last bite!

Trust me!! I know!! Because after having a piece of similar version of one of these, OVER A MONTH AGO, and dreaming of it since, I had no choice but to recreate it for my cookie girls!! I hope they love they as much as I did!!

2025 cookie of the month club has been a success! I am so incredibly grateful to all who had trusted me and my cookie experiments this year!
