I made my sons first birthday cake and decided to make it a tradition and make his 2nd birthday cake and I fell in love with cake decorating. I am all self taught but I am looking into taking gum paste classes and advanced cake decorating classes so I can get in to gum paste flowers and piping and more intricate modeling.
