3 days - 300 cupcakes and 300 charcuterie cups for a wedding. Cupcakes - piece of cake! (Pun intended!) Charcuterie cups - way more work than expected! But they turned out super cute! The bride had a stamp made and stamped each of the cups about a week before. Each cup had a skewer of savory and sweet with some greenery added - either fresh rosemary or thyme.

With my crazy schedule, I don't get to do very many orders. But this weekend I got to make this cute little wedding cake...

With my crazy schedule, I don't get to do very many orders. But this weekend I got to make this cute little wedding cake for the daughter of a good friend of mine from Jr. High and High School! Wedding cakes aren't my favorite to do, but this cute little rustic one with some beautiful flowers and greens was fun!

I will be doing personalized large heart shaped sugar cookies - $2/each or $18/dozen, Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries - $15/lb., Cake Truffles - Raspberry Cheesecake, White Chocolate Caramel Cheesecake, & Cookies and Cream - $9/dz. or $15/2 dozen, and 9" Pink Lemonade Pie for $10 each. Orders due by Friday night for Monday afternoon pickup and local delivery! (Rexburg - Idaho Falls) Venmo or cash accepted.

I've got these beautiful, yummy mini cheesecakes ready for tomorrow's Midnight Madness! They are White Chocolate Triple Berry with an Oreo crumb crust! I wish you could smell the mouth watering smells in my kitchen! Mini sugar cookies, brownies, scotcheroos and more to come! Plus I'll have homemade chicken noodle soup and chili available also!

Hello to all of my friends out there! It's been a long time since I've posted. That is because I'll be out this Friday for the one and only time this season selling my treats and food too! I'll be with the Wishes and Dreams craft fair that will be going with Rigby's Midnight Madness on Friday, December 2nd, from 11 am - 11 pm! Come visit and support our local Special Olympics team, The Rigby Wranglers! They will have some great raffles going on and also selling some homemade treats! It's a great small town community event! I'll be posting about the treats I'll be making today, so stayed tuned!!

Friday I will have lots of food! I will be making Chicken Noodle Soup, Chili and Pulled Pork Sandwiches. There will also be mini sugar cookies, mini cheesecakes, mint chocolate brownies, pumpkin brownies and s'more brownies, cake truffles and possibly some cinnamon rolls too! Please come see us for Midnight Madness in Rigby! I will be on Main street in the Journey's Activities Center next door to the Rigby City Police with the Wishes and Dreams Craft Boutique! Let your friends and neighbors know!!! The Christmas lights parade starts at 6:30 pm!

That was a great push yesterday.....got quite a few new likes! Thanks! We are getting closer to 500!! Those around Rigby, please come out Friday night and support your local businesses and Midnight Madness! A Christmas light parade down main street at 6 pm and lots of great things happening.....mostly the Wishes, Dreams and Other Things Craft Boutique on Main Street right next to the city police station in the Journey's Activity Center from noon to midnight!
