Don't forget our last meeting before we become SENIOR PARENTS! Be at the RHS library tomorrow (Wednesday, April 19th) at 6:30. We will wrap up this year's business, discuss after-prom, and write thank yous to the many we owe our gratitude. See you there!

8th grade track meet at RHS is about to wrap up. Help is needed to pick up trash by 7:00pm.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT AFTER-PROM:
*** Students must arrive at the middle school by 1:00AM, and in order to leave early, written parental permission is requested for EACH student leaving. Without such, parents will be called before students are allowed to leave.
*** Once students leave, they will not be allowed to re-enter.
*** No large purses or backpacks will be allowed. Small purses will be subject to check.
*** Students will be treated to a taco bar, cake, and other goodies, along with water and soft drinks to quench their thirst from all of their activities!
*** Door prizes will be given away throughout the night! We are still accepting donations, if you would like to contribute cash or fun, meaningful items.
*** The booster club has worked hard to survey the RHS seniors and juniors, to implement their most popular ideas for fun activities, to solicit a multitude of door prizes, and to provide plenty of refreshment. This is going to be a fun, laughter-filled night of memory-making for our kids.
*** We appreciate your support and understanding of the measures taken for the safety and well-being of our prom-goers.

IMPORTANT INFO FOR JUNIOR PARENTS REGARDING PROM AND BEYOND :

*** We need junior class parents to help in many capacities during after-prom. If you can help, please be at the middle school at 11:15, if at all possible.The hours are 12:00 midnight until 4:00AM.
We will be have the taco bar from 12:30-2:00. Door prizes will be given away all night. There are many ways you can help!

*** We need parents to help with clean-up at the track meets held on the Hoot Middleton Track. The remaining dates are: April 7th, April 10th, April 11th and April 19th. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

*** Our year-end meeting will be April 19th at 6:30! We will become parents of seniors very shortly, and next year's big focus will be Project Graduation!

Today is the day to get your smoked meat! We will have extra available if you didn't order ahead of time, so feel free to stop by and check it out. Richmond High School parking lot 11:30-2:00!

All hands on deck! Tomorrow evening the Junior Class will be responsible for clean up of garbage after the home track meet. This, of course, is a traditional junior class fundraiser, and we only have a few more events to go before we pass the baton! Please help us out as he track meet winds down tomorrow. Future dates will be posted this week...
