Our NEW Avocado Toast Seasoning is guaranteed to spice up your salad!

Green Goddess Salad Bowls

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Makes 4 servings

Dressing:
1 ripe avocado
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons fresh mixed herbs such as dill, parsley and/or basil
2 tablespoons avocado oil
2 to 4 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon Einstein Bros. Bagels Avocado Toast Seasoning Blend (available Amazon.com, Walmart, Meijer, Albertsons, Kroger)
1 green onion, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon lime juice

Salad:
2 cups cooked chicken
2 cups mixed greens
2 cups chopped cucumber
2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
2 cups chickpeas, rinsed and drained

For dressing: Scoop avocado flesh and place in blender or food processor. Add yogurt, herbs, avocado oil, water, Einstein Bros. Bagels Avocado Toast Seasoning Blend, lime juice, and green onion. Blend until smooth. If dressing is too thick add additional water until desired consistency.

For salad: Divide ingredients among 4 bowls. Top with dressing.

Tip: Extra dressing can be stored up to 1 week in refrigerator.

Use less water for a thicker dressing that can be used as a dip or sandwich spread.

You didn’t expect a post from a bagel brand, did you? Our NEW Avocado Toast Seasoning Blend really hit on this recipe though, so we had to share.

Sheet Pan Shrimp Tacos
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Makes 4 servings

-2 to 3 tablespoons Einstein Bros. Bagels Avocado Toast Seasoning Blend, plus additional for serving (available Amazon.com, Walmart, Meijer, Albertsons, and )
-1 tablespoon vegetable oil
-1 tablespoon lime juice
-1 ¼ pounds extra large shrimp, peeled and deveined
-1 large red bell pepper, sliced
-1 ½ cups fresh pineapple chunks
-8 Ortega® 6-inch flour tortillas, warmed
-Guacamole, queso fresco, chopped green onion and lime wedges, for serving (optional)

-Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine Einstein Bros. Bagels Avocado Toast Seasoning Blend with oil and lime juice in a small bowl. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Let stand 5 minutes.
-Meanwhile, arrange bell pepper and pineapple on parchment lined baking sheet. Top with shrimp mixture.
-Bake 15 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and peppers are tender-crisp.
-Spread tortillas with guacamole then top with shrimp mixture, queso fresco and green onion. Sprinkle with additional Seasoning Blend if desired.

At the end of the day, it’s all about the bagels 🥯

Happy ! We made this guac recipe with our NEW Avocado Seasoning for you:

Easy Guacamole
Prep Time: 10 minutes, Makes about 2 cups

-2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
-1 to 2 tablespoons Einstein Bros. Bagels Avocado Toast Seasoning Blend, plus additional for topping
-1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
-2 teaspoons lime juice

Remove flesh from avocado. Add to medium bowl and mash with fork. Stir in Einstein Bros. Bagels Avocado Toast Seasoning Blend, cilantro, and lime juice.

Bonus Recipe: Dip with a Kick

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Makes about 2 cups

1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Einstein Bros. Bagels Avocado Toast Seasoning Blend, plus additional for topping
1 tablespoon lime juice

Combine all ingredients. Let stand 30 minutes to blend flavors. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.

Tip: This Dip makes a delicious sandwich spread, or thin with water for a delicious crema for tacos.

Our NEW Avocado Seasoning is here! Who’s ready for some avocado bagels (or toast if that’s your thing)??

Avocado Bagels

Prep: 5 minutes, makes about 2 cups

Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
1 tablespoon Einstein Bros. Bagels Avocado Toast Seasoning Blend, plus additional for topping (Available Amazon.com and Walmart)
2 teaspoons lemon or lime juice
Einstein Bros. Take & Toast Bagels
Optional toppings (see below for suggestions)

Directions:
-Remove flesh from avocado. Add to medium bowl and mash lightly with fork. Stir in Einstein Bros. Bagels Avocado Toast Seasoning Blend and lemon juice.
-Top toasted bagels with avocado mixture. Add your favorite toppings. Top with additional Seasoning Blend to taste.

Suggested Toppings:
-Hard cooked, fried or poached egg with microgreens.
-Lightly mashed chickpeas, red onion, fresh oregano and a squeeze of lemon.
-Sliced strawberries, orange sections or mandarin orange segments, pepitos (pumpkin seeds) and fresh mint or cilantro.
