I am NOT complaining! Homesteading is NO JOKE! I had my goals set in the garden today- came in to bottle milk- had too much in the fridge, so brought some in to skim for cream- 2 qts of cream already in the fridge, so I dump those in the blender… still no room, 2 gallons in the counter- head to Pinterest right after I check Facebook and write this post- it’s a cheddar and butter kindda day. Plus it’s almost 11a and I see no garden chores in my immediate future… NO JOKE I AM SO THANKFUL TO BE LIVING THIS LIFE!
