This week at my day job we celebrated Christmas in July so I was feeling a little inspired! To be transparent I have not had the time, energy, or heart to bake in months. It felt great to feel inspired to bake again! I made Pineapple Cupcakes with Whipped Coconut Cream frosting! They aren't currently on the menu, but may be soon depending on what my family and friends think of them this weekend. Will update soon 💕
