The Valentine's Day is coming up quick! We are taking final orders for our multi-layer cakesicles until this Wednesday!⏰

The flavors are Oreo, Mango-Passion Fruit, and Tart Cherry-Chocolate, and you can mix the flavors! Each has a layer of cake, cheesecake, and filling!

Each cakesicle is $5, and they come in boxes of 3 ($15) or 4 ($20).

Hi Rexburg! We are coming back with our special, multi-layer Valentine's Day Cakesicles 🙂

Our flavors include (each has a layer of cake, cheesecake, and filling all made from scratch):

-Mango-Passion Fruit
-Oreo
-Tart Cherry-Chocolate

They come in a box, where we can put 3 or 4, and you can multiple boxes! Pre-orders are available. 50% deposit required to save a spot. Surprise your loved ones with a truly unique treat!

As we mentioned in the previous post, farmer's cheese is widely used in Ukrainian cuisine🇺🇦 . So this week, we have another beloved dish of Ukrainians made from farmer's cheese: Syrnyky.

In Ukraine, syrnyky are often enjoyed as a breakfast or dessert item, but our family is ready to eat syrnyky all day long😋

They are essentially pan-fried pancakes made from a mixture of farmer's cheese, flour, eggs, raisins, and sugar. One popular way to serve syrnyky is by topping them with sour cream, honey, jam, or fresh berries, which adds a touch of sweetness and enhances their flavor.

One portion of Syrnyky (~10.5 oz/6 pieces) is $9.
We can add a strawberry sauce for an extra $1.

Are you ready for another Ukrainian week?🇺🇦 This week we are introducing Varenyky!

Varenyky are a traditional Ukrainian dish made of dough filled with various ingredients boiled in water. They are often served with sour cream, sauces, or butter.

We will offer 3 flavors:

1. Varenyky with potatoes ($8/lb, between 20-25 pieces)
2. Varenyky with blueberries ($10/lb, between 20-25 pieces)
3. ⚠️Varenyky with Farmer's Cheese and green onions⚠️ ($12/lb, between 25-30 pieces)
Farmer's Cheese is widely used in Ukrainian cuisine, but it's much harder to come by in the US. This varenyky flavor is unique and doesn't resemble anything you can get here. It would be perfect for people who want to try a truly authentic Ukrainian food🇺🇦.

We also offer two kinds of toppings:

1. Sour cream based sauce with fried onions ($3, enough for 1 lb of varenyky)
2. Fried onions and bacon ($2, enough for 1 lb of varenyky)

All varenyky come frozen with detailed cooking instructions (takes about 10 minutes total).

Recently we received a lot of interest in our Ukrainian food, and we are very happy about that! We're excited to share our 🇺🇦 culture and dishes!

We have decided that every week we will introduce you to a new Ukrainian dish. This week is a "Mlyntsi week" (thin and tender crepes: plain and with fillings)🤤

-Plain crepes: $5/lb (11-13 pieces)
-Chicken-mushroom crepes: $10/lb (6-7 pieces)
-Ground Beef and Pork Crepes: $11/lb (6-7 pieces)

We make them fresh and frozen (plain mlyntsi come only fresh). No matter how you get them, they make a perfect quick, tasty meal!👍

We will have slices of our classics: cheesecakes, honey cake, and Oreo cakesicles. And a NEW addition to our team are Ukrainian Apple Pyrizhky (traditional Ukrainian🇺🇦 baked dessert with apple).
