Currently we our primary bake goods are Brazo de Mercedes and Cassava Cake. 1521 is founded on February 8, 2021. Hours and menus may vary depending on location. We currently have two locations; Renton, Washington USA and Bais City, Negros Oriental, Philippines. Don’t live in the same town? No problem we can deliver in neighboring cities as well. To order send us an email or message use thru Messenger. Due to demand of certain items please order in advance.

We will be temporarily closing our local and international branches early this holiday from December 7, 2022 to January 20, 2023. Our employees will be on holiday leave and this will also allow us the opportunity to upgrade our existing facilities.
