I’m going to be adding a new menu item probably the end of June. I wonder if it will be replacing the cinnamon rolls or an addition. Pretty excited about it. Less sweet, cinnamon, apple flavor….
This Friday, are there any bread flavors you’d like to see?
I’m planning on extra loaves, I would like to see if the honey wheat would be add regularly.
Remember my bread is organic, my starter is growing so well with this warm weather.
I’ll have cookies, bread, scones, cinnamon rolls,
All the breads. Jelly id made with a low sugar pectin.
I need to freeze dry some skittles!

Do you have an Insta pot?
I wanted to share how I make hard boiled eggs.
Put the lower rack in, 1-1.5 cups of water, don’t let it reach the eggs.
Steam button for 6 minutes.
Release the air. Put eggs in ice water until cool.
I store them in the refrigerator in a glass dish with lid. These peel so easy!

Planning the menu for Friday June 5 open 9-6

Did I share our news? Tim and I are becoming Grandparents! We’re having a baby shower the weekend 13 June, so because of this I won’t be open the 12th. So if you need to double up on items, let me know.
Scones, bread, cinnamon rolls ect… can be frozen. I do this all the time.

I’ll figure out what’s up for Friday. Preorders worked wonderfully last weekend. But if I was sold out of something you’d like, DM me.
So you’re not disappointed.

My Italian season Asiago , I added some freeze dried tomatoes! Smells delicious! $15 a loaf 4 available
4- Cranberry walnut, the cranberries are freeze dried and ground up, organic sugar added! Excellent French toast!
2- jalapeno cheddar available yet

I had a first, on Friday I had my preorders on the right side, when I was out of bread someone grabbed one out of a preorder.
I would ask you not to do that, so preorder.
