Hey y’all!! My name is Caroline Irons Ratliff & I live in Raymond, MS. I've always loved crafts & sweets. For good or bad, I thank my mom for that! LOL!

I want to welcome you to Little Bitta Sweets & Treats: cake pops, pretzel rods, oreo pucks & more!! To me, a meal isn't complete until you've had something sweet. She always had something sweet around the house, whether it was homemade or store bought (but usually homemade). I've tried my hand at making iced cookies & while they taste really good, my skill level in very much lacking in making them

pretty. I'll leave those to the ones that have it down pat. 🤣
I've recently decided to pair my love for making crafty things with my love for sweets so I'm starting up an online cupcake/cake pop/pretzel rod/cake puck/chocolate bakery shop. My craft business is Little Bitta Everything so this will be a spin off of that... so welcome to Little Bitta Sweets & Treats! While still very much in its infancy, I'll be learning the best recipes that I can find & try out! I can't wait to receive everyone's feedback so this will be a work in progress. I hope that you'll give me a try! 🤗

Chris & I recently attended a Raymond Chamber of Commerce meeting, where we met Mary Ruth Kent with Jackson Area Federal Credit Union. I told her about our 3 businesses, Little Bitta Sweets & Treats, X-Ring Tactical & Farm to Table Beef Sales. She asked what types of treats I make so we chatted about that for a minute & I gave her a business card. She reached out to me a couple of weeks ago & requested treats for their “Annual Meeting Day!!” She placed an order for 325 Oreo pucks decorated with their picnic theme in blue gingham. I am truly honored to have been chosen to make treats for their event!!

If you are a member of , stop by one of their branches today!! They have all sorts of goodies & door prizes to celebrate this event. If you’re not a member, stop by & check out the services they provide. You might just find yourself a new bank. Credits union usually have great rates on loans so check them out.

Shoutout to The Edible Paper Store in Pearl for making the edible logos!!

Today we had Lenten lunch at our church, Utica Christian Church, & I offered to make some treats for it. I think these Oreo pucks turned out so cute!! 💜

Side story about these treats… 🥴 I had to work today so Chris took them to the church since he & a couple others were going to be working on the deck in the amphitheater. I told him DO NOT LEAVE THEM IN THE SUN or they would melt. Well, he didn’t leave them in the sun BUT he did put them in the floorboard of his truck WITH the heat ON the feet dial on the way down there. He sent me a text when he got there saying he melted 2 of them. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Luckily, it was just 2. He told everyone at church it was his fault & he said they all laughed. Guess who wasn’t laughing though!! 🙋🏻‍♀️ Even called him by his full name CHRISTOPHER BRYAN RATLIFF!!! He then preceded to send pics of the amphitheater & how good it looks. He asked if I was proud of him & I told him yes so then he told me we could forget about his little snafu. You gotta love him!! 🥰

This morning at church our pastor preached about the Fruits of the Spirit. 🌿

A gentle reminder of what God grows in us when we walk with Him:
