So update on the Cider Sourdough Bread...my recipe needs some work. I may just try focaccia bread instead. It turned out like a giant cinnamon roll 😂

HOWEVER it tastes phenomenal and is surprisingly light and not dense. I folded in finely chopped apple pieces and it has a caramel swirl.
