Sourdough discard chocolate chip cookies are WOW 😍🍪

They are unbelievably fluffy and airy on the inside, with that perfect soft bite and just the right amount of chocolate in every bite. You’d never guess they started with discard!

This might be my new favorite way to use it 🤎✨
