After months of preparation, planning, studying, practicing, and refining every detail, I am proud to share that I have officially earned my Certified Executive Pastry Chef (CEPC) certification.

This achievement represents more than a title. It reflects a commitment to craftsmanship, leadership, professionalism, and continuous growth within our industry.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me throughout this journey—my colleagues to my incredible pastry team and especially my family. Your encouragement helped make this possible.

I’m excited to continue growing, creating, mentoring, and pushing the boundaries of what I can accomplish as a pastry professional.
