I just finished this for a quinceanera!
The bottom tier is chocolate, 2nd is red velvet, and the top two are vanilla cake.
The macarons are pistachio and chocolate.

Here's our macaron line up for Saturday!
Starting from the back, left to right:
Christmas tree, lemon blueberry, white chocolate raspberry, snickerdoodle, dark chocolate mint, hot chocolate,
White chocolate strawberry, fruity pebble, toasted marshmallow, egg nog, cookies & cream, and salted caramel.
These will be available ( along with cake sickles and paint your own sugar cookies) this Saturday, December 3rd, at Hometown Christmas in Quitman, Texas .
Macarons are $ 24 per dozen, $13 for half, or $2.25 for individuals.
Cake sickles are $3.
PYO sugar cookies are $6.

These are the egg nog macarons y'all asked for!
When making a chocolate ganache I'll use 3 parts chocolate to 1 part heavy whipping cream. I substituted the heavy whipping cream with egg nog for these.

My very first attempt at homemade dinner rolls!
These were made very last minute because my dad couldn't find any at the store.
I brushed the tops with a mixture of butter, sea salt, garlic, and parsley.

They're filled with a chocolate ganache and marshmallow fluff center.
They are topped with more chocolate ganache and dehydrated marshmallows.

You'd think because I'm a baker I'd make the best pies.
In reality I don't make many of them, so I have 2 pecan pies made with the same recipe on the back of the corn syrup bottle that most other people use. Not to mention my store bought crust. π
Your pies don't have to be perfect or even unique to have a great dessert.

These are filled with birthday cake buttercream, dipped in white chocolate, and topped with sprinkles.
These will only be available December 3rd at Hometown Christmas in Quitman, Texas.
They were the first to sell out last year, so get there early to get some!

It took me all week and I stayed up until 1 this morning, but I finally finished everything I needed to do food wise for tomorrow. The week of the market can be exhausting, but always worth it. One day I'll have a store front or a little camper to set up and sell out of. Patience is key is suppose. π
If some of you could take a minute to share my post I would greatly appreciate it.π I'm prepping for the farmer's market all week this week and any advertising I can get is so helpful!
Amber did an amazing job on my cake, macarons, and chocolate covered strawberries. Everything tasted amazing, and matched my decorations perfectly! everything was gone by the end of my baby shower! If you asked at my shower who made the sweets, this is her bakery page. She's a wonderful person I've known since kindergarten! Love her bunches. β€οΈ
