I’m back!!! Thank you all for your patience as I took some time off for personal matters. I am back and ready to bake for you again!

Now accepting orders for Sunday, December 3! Pick up times will be arranged to meet at the Queen Creek Library!

I charge $30 for 6 or $45 for 12. I can take cash or Venmo!

A few facts about my cinnamon rolls
- they are made to order!
- I have a food handlers license and have been approved for the Cottage Program in Arizona.
- my celiac customers have raved that it’s always been safe for them!
- they freeze wonderfully! Stock up if you’re looking to save for a Christmas treat!

Hello there! My name is Amanda Ackerman. I have had a love of baking my whole life and found out I had a gluten allergy 9 years ago. Since then I have been working on perfecting all of my favorite sweet treats safely gluten free. In June, I started selling my gluten free cinnamon rolls and have been blown away by the incredible GF community here in the east valley. I created this page to keep everyone updated on my upcoming bakes! Welcome. Thanks for choosing to follow along. My mission is to make yummy treats for my fellow gluten free friends.
