What an inspiring few days in the world of real bread and better food! 🍞🌾
First, the amazing CEO and founder of , , stopped by Victoria’s Bakehouse. Such a treat to host him at my little microbakery, swap stories, and geek out over dough, ovens, and community baking.
Then came the highlight: we got invited to Blue Hill at Stone Barns by David Barber himself! We sat down for deep, thoughtful discussions on sustainable farming, regenerative practices, and the big question: how do we scale wholesome, real foods to reach more people while keeping it truly affordable and accessible through smarter, earth-friendly methods.
From microbakeries to farm-level innovation, it all ties back to one goal: making good food available to everyone without compromise. Grateful for these connections and the fresh perspective they bring. Big things ahead!
