I am a self taught baker and cake decorator. I currently work on my cakes from home but of course, I hope to one day to open my own store. I started in this business a little over a year ago. I always watched the baking shows on the Food Network and slowly but surely fell in love with the things that those bakers could do. I decided to try it out for myself and while it was very sloppy at first I
