We're back with another FUN FACT FRIDAY! 📚 Did you know that white chocolate originates from the cocoa (cacao) plant, but it's not actually chocolate? According to the FDA, to be called ‘chocolate’ a product must contain chocolate liquor, which is what gives it the bitter intense chocolate flavor (and color) to dark and milk chocolates.

to the largest order that I've ever done 🥕🧡 400 Carrot Pretzel Rods for a corporate office to provide as employee gifts for Easter! Honestly, putting them in packs of 2 was an idea that I proposed to my client at the last minute just to spare myself more wrapping because everything took SO much longer than I could've imagined. 😅 BUT I would do it all again in a heartbeat because it's so rewarding to step back at the end of the process and admire the finished product! I'm a major perfectionist so for me, baking/treatmaking isn't usually the therapeutic activity that I've seen it portrayed as. Most of the time I'm stressing over every little thing and placing sprinkles on cupcakes by hand (🫣) because I take so much pride in my work and the impact that something as simple as dessert can have at an event. I never take this job lightly! Whether it's a $30 or $300 order, I put my all into everything that I do and I'll never stop being grateful for the opportunities that I get to make people's day just a little bit sweeter! 🥰
