Sip N Sample was a blast and I can't wait to do it next year but I'm even more excited to keep sharing these new mini pancakes with yall at the upcoming pop up shops!

With all the upcoming pop-up's I will be participating in, I thought it would be easier for everyone to see if I made an updated list!

Black Cat Bakery will be participating in the following events this summer:

~ June 7: Sip N' Sample in Lake View from 2pm to 530pm
~ June 12: Fundraising Event at Children's World in Sheldon from 4pm to 6pm
~ June 14: Pop-Up Event outside the grocery store in Primghar from 4pm to 6pm (time may change) for Cobblestone Days
~ July 1: Fundraising Event at the Awakening Grace office in Sheldon from 4pm to 6pm
~ July 12: Odebolt Iowa Farmers Market from 9am to 1pm
~ July 20: Ragbrai Pop Up on the corner of South Hayes in Primghar (along the current Ragbrai path through town) from 8am to 12pm
~ August 2: Lake View Farmers Market from 9am to 12pm
~ August 16: Lake View Farmers Market from 9am to 12pm
~ September 6: Odebolt Farmers Market from 9am to 1pm

If any of the dates or times changed I will try to remember to post an update so everyone knows!! :)

I guess it's true when they say that great minds think alike!

My sister-in-law and I launched the same product less than 24hrs apart and I couldn't be more excited!!

The Black Cat Bakery is so excited to bring to you Kitty Cakes! A vision I have been working on for a while now featuring of mini-pancake bar that will be available at local markets and an option at most of my upcoming pop-up events this summer, including our Ragbrai stop on July 20th!! 😊

With that also comes STACKED by The Cheese Gal! Sadie is an amazingly talented lady that comes with a variety of sweet and salty items to spruce up any local occasion!

Mini pancake bars are rare around Northwest Iowa and I am so excited that you guys now have not one for the Primghar area but another for down by Wall Lake!! You lucky duck's! 🤪

The Black Cat will be bringing Kitty Cakes to Sip N Sample this weekend, June 7, along with our famous sourdough variety!! Can't wait to see you all there!

I promise guys, I keep telling myself to keep up with my FB page but I never do 🤦🏻‍♀️
I am so grateful to be constantly pumping out orders that I completely forget to take a Pic or post a photo here!

I want to send a HUGE thank you to Lake View Market for their support yesterday!

I went in with over 50 loaves ofsourdough bread, 20 mini bundt cakes, a few dozen cookies and high hopes for a good day and ended up selling out in just under 45 minutes!!

I am EXTREMELY excited to announce that I will be setting up a booth ar Lake Views Sip & Sample days on June 7th!

I will be taking a limited amount of pre-orders for pick up that day and will be brining along 200-250 loaves of sourdough as well as other goodies!

I can't wait to see everyone there and get to experience such a fun and interactive event!! 😍

NEW MENU RELEASE!

Here is the new official menu of what Black Cat Bakery has to offer! 😄

I will still be offering sourdough if asked & at local vendor fairs/farmers markets, however I will not have it listed on the menu as a common item. I LOVE making sourdough but I truly enjoy the art behind decorating treats and have decided to focus primarily on that moving forward 😊

With that being said, I am now taking orders for graduation parties, birthdays, etc!

Hello everyone!

I know I have been terrible at staying up to date with posts! I am going to work on that moving forward but sometimes I just get busy between the bakery, my day job and the kiddos! :)

I have used the last few months as a trial and error time to take note of what has not been selling, what has been the most popular and what I have been asked numerous times to add to my menu so I will be launching a new and updated menu here in the next couple of days with my product line and prices!!

It has already been brought to my attention by multiple customers that a website or order form online would be great so I will be taking that into consideration as well! :)

The support Black Cat Bakery has received continues to grow and I am so thankful for that!! You all are keeping me busy!

I promise to try my best to do better moving forward with posts and photos!
