Sweet Destination is expanding! Let me bake the sweets while you peddle the goods. ð
Starting off at 1 reservation a week as I dip my toes into new waters. I will also be capping the order form at $300.
ððððĐ ððĻ ðððĨðððĐðð ðĪf ðŪðĪðŠ ððĻ ðĐðð fðŠðĢð ð§ðððĻðð§ ðĪð§ ðĻððĄððĻðĨðð§ðĻðĪðĢ?
You will sign a contract with me for a given week which details:
-The week the orders are put in.
-The payment agreement.
-When orders are to be picked up by the fund raiser or salesperson (Typically 5 to 7 days after turning in the order form).
You will collect orders from individuals in the community (family, friends, work, church, etc.)
You will turn in the order form and payment on agreed upon date.
You will pick up goods on agreed upon date.
You will distribute goods to your buyers.
ððððĐ'ðĻ ðŪðĪðŠð§ ðĨð§ðĪfððĐ?
You keep 25% of sales and pay 75% to Sweet Destination. Your payment to Sweet Destination is due when the order form is turned in. Not after the goods have already been baked.
ððððĒðĨðĄð:
Susan wants to raise some money for her church. She signs a contract with Sweet Destination reserving the week of November 2nd. She takes an order form to church, to work, and to friends and family and gets orders for cookies and fudge. She achieves $300 in orders. She takes their payments when they order. She turns in the order form to Sweet Destination on November 4th. She pays Sweet Destination their share ($225). Susan keeps her share ($75). Sweet Destination takes 5 days to prepare the order and meets Susan on November 9th before church to give her the baked goods she sold. Susan distrubutes them to her buyers and donates the $75 to her church.
