We’re busy baking and my assistant is enjoying putting stickers on your bags! 😉 Some orders have been dropped off and picked up already this morning! You’re welcomed to message me for orders, I usually bake on Fridays and can make extras!

It’s dough day! We’ll be at the Lanesboro Farmers Market from 9am to noon this Saturday! Per request I’ll have a blueberry lemon loaf and a couple of loaves with organic fresh milled flour (hard red wheat)! Hope to see you there!

Our refrigerator stopped working, I spent the morning looking for a new refrigerator fan, luckily my husband found one in Winona! He’s currently replacing it, hopefully it’s ready to go for these loaves🤪!!!

At Stephas Breads & Bakes, our brown butter cookies are made with long-fermented sourdough for an incredible flavor and texture. Deep caramel notes from browned butter, crisp edges, soft centers, and a depth of flavor you can’t get from ordinary cookies. Here are some recent bakes, I’ve also started experimenting with Einkorn. It’s probably one of my current favorite grains. Not only does it add nutrients and flavor, but also makes loaves so soft and pillowy!
