Here is the single batch recipe I’m testing tonight.

Fried green tomatoes

🍋 Lemon Pepper # Fry Seasoning Mix

Ingredients
• 3 tablespoons dried lemon slices, ground
• ½ tablespoon onion powder
• ½ tablespoon garlic powder
• ⅓ tablespoon white pepper
• ¼ cup corn flour
• ¼ cup rice flour
• 1 cup cornmeal
• 1 tablespoon buttermilk powder

Instructions
1. Grind dried lemon slices into a fine powder.
2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
3. Mix well and transfer to an airtight jar.
4. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 3 months.

I buy dried lemon in bulk and grind them myself.

This should work for catfish, squash and okra as well.
