Well, my time baking for a living has come to an end. I will still be baking every now and then on a smaller scale, but I won't be taking big orders anymore. I enjoyed it, but it's time for me to move on. Thank you to everyone who ever supported my small business! ❤️

Did someone say fresh-milled sourdough English muffins? Y'all. I surprised even myself with how good these are! I'm at my new barn ( #3 North Village, in the old Young and Thriving spot) at the Wolfforth Farmers Market with plenty of these tasty English muffins, plus fresh-milled brioche loaves (also yumm), fresh-milled sourdough bagels, regular sourdough bagels, plus all the favorite sourdough bread flavors. Turkey day is almost here! 🦃

Let me take care of the bread! I'm going to be taking orders for sourdough dinner rolls (I'm telling y'all, they are INCREDIBLE!) and sourdough stuffing kits! And the best part is..you can totally take all the credit! 😉

•The rolls will come frozen, so Wednesday night, put them in the fridge to thaw. Take them out in the morning, let them get puffy, and bake! Boom. (6 for $12 or a dozen for $20)

•The stuffing kits will come with sourdough bread chunks, an organic herb mix, and instructions to make it your own. Just add veggies and broth, then bake! ($15, serves 8-10)

*I use only organic flour, milk, honey, and sugar!
