Due to popular belief, marshmallows aren’t just for hot chocolate. Here’s the thing, our tasty little bites hold their own as a delightful snack or light dessert. But if you’re a traditionalist, then yes, they can certainly take a dip in a steamy drink. We have one for everything - tea, coffee, cocoa, or even a toddy. All varieties are corn syrup, gluten, & egg-free with all natural, locally sourc

ed (when available) flavoring. The ‘mallows are lovingly prepared in small batches and left undisturbed for 6-48 hours to cure. They’re then cut into 1x1 inch, 1.5 or 2 inch cubes. Everything about Sugar Darling Marshmallows is simple: ingredients, workspace, technique, packaging, approach. I believe sometimes this world needs a little simplicity. So grab a bag and maybe a drink. It’s worth it.

The kitchen is operating a bit differently this month. All orders (holiday or otherwise) need to be received by 12/18 and will only be delivered to locals (along I-295 btwn Brunswick and Portland) by the 22nd or shipped 12/19 for all others.
