Our specialty donuts are handmade with whole ingredients right here in the shop Monday-Saturday. We are committed to using locally sourced ingredients, when available. Assorted coffee drinks are made with George Howell beans, known for their careful selection of the world's finest regional and single farm-sourced beans.

Time for a quick update, we're good everything is packed away and safe, ready for the new location, and we are on the hunt!... having seen a few locations already, we are actually very excited about hifi's new opportunities and very grateful for all the love and support that you all have shown us. We have seen a few locations right here in Portland downtown and out on Woodfords corner, and we have started visiting places like biddeford and Brunswick (which we have loved as possible options)
If you have more places that we need to consider, please DM us. We are diligently hunting for the right place, but we have been stuck in the kitchen for the last 8ish years, which means you all know the lay of the land better than us...

Please 🙏 be patient with our staff as they are still coming in and being fabulous most have found other jobs and are beening Brilliant in coming in to help us finish hifi on a high note, with that in mind there are items that are sold out, and as of next week our hours will start later in the day, this is your last chance to use up your gift cards and - ! Open till 4pm OR sell out, whichever happens first

Happy Thursday morning and a limited run donut is available (probably only 2 to 3 days), as I only managed to get my hands on a small amount of real cherry's and boy were they tart, but they make a fabulous slightly sour preserve please say hello to the SOUR CHERRY PIE drizzled with a honey pinstripes, makes this a must try for the lucky few
