Throwback to this sweet little treat I was honoured to create for a very special dinner led by my dear friends and of @108.kindredspirits.
Mattias asked me to create a several coursed fine dining experience reimagining his beloved combination of the classic French 75 cocktail + french fry pairing he joyfully dubbed "French Seventy Fries".
It was an absolute delight to collaborate on this menu along with a couple other chefs I brought on and I was especially proud of this little finale:
A sweet cream no churn ice cream made with Flora Adora, topped with honey, bee pollen and locally grown edible flowers, then served with thrice-crisped McDonald's french fries for dipping.
Think a sort of elevated fries + milkshake that many of us have enjoyed in our childhood… and to this day 😉
Nothing makes me happier than having fun playing with food, and creating an experience of joy for others in the process. Thank you again Mattias for the opportunity to rock this dinner and I look forward to many more heARTful experiences together around the table!

Throwback to this lovely little number I made a year ago with my homemade Calabrian chili crisp... I was healing from some epic heartache and finding happiness through little plated moments of joy like this one… little did I know the culinary and personal adventures and growth that would lie ahead just in the year to come. So grateful for the joy and magic of food, community and indomitable hope.
olive oil toasted baguette [hi it's me i made this], whipped goat cheese, homemade Calabrian chili crisp [I made this with fried shallot and garlic, annatto, nigella seed, chopped almonds, loads of dried Calabrian chilies, Aleppo pepper, MSG and some sass for good measure], fresh spinach, pepper blistered tomato, perfectly poached egg, saffron salt, love.
goddamn, maybe I ✨should✨ open a restaurant.

Just posted this on my personal feed but wanted to share here… It was just too pretty! Salt and pepper focaccia with preserves, honey and olive oil whipped ricotta, fresh thyme from the garden and daily gratitude served on the side.
By the way, will be returning to Arizona the week of September 15 and I will open a very limited run of orders, stay tuned, friends!

Memory of a gorgeous meal I enjoyed behind the lens at - have always loved supporting my community, and it brings me such joy to be the one putting creations like this on plates now, too.
Grateful for the kind people I get to chef for every day, and have mad respect for my fellow chefs, cooks, mixologists and heARTists working hard to create beauty and service.
It's been such a delicious life behind the lens at and , repping different chefs and restaurants around the valley over the past 15+ years.
As of today, I am saying goodbye to my last social media client and moving forward full speed ahead into my life as a chef, cottage baker, private chef and beyond.

Side of salted fresh fruit and a cuppa french pressed beans.

really REALLY happy with this vegan kimchi focaccia, inspired by - i added a gochujang hot sauce, sesame seed and scallion as well as a little vegan broth to my liquid at about 90% hydration - so she was a fun one to work with!!

Holy SH***** friends you all showed UP last night!!!! BIBI's Kitchen and I cannot thank you all ENOUGH for the mad love and support we experienced, nonstop last night from 4 PM until almost midnight! Throwback to our @hendricksgin Raclette Brunch with @gardenbarphoenix! 🧀🌹🥒🍞 We baked a specialty Garlic Thyme Dutch Oven Bread just for the occasion, toasted and topped with an egg custard, hot melty #raclette and fresh thyme. Served with a side of lightly dressed local greens, a cornichon and lots of heART. We also rocked parmesan fries with a house garlic confit aioli which was paired with a French 75 beautifully executed by the Garden Bar crew, a genius pairing conceived by @thebarpoet 🥂 The entire event was good cheesy fun and we are looking forward to our next Raclette Brunch this month- stay tuned! So grateful for this delicious life and amazing community 🖤
