These will be a new addition to the menu for the rest of the year!

Seeded Multigrain Bread 🌾
a flour blend of (all organic) hard red wheat, malted barley, durum wheat, and rye flours

then combined with a (all organic) seed blend of brown and golden flax, sesame, chia seed, sunflower seed, pumpkin seed

It sounds like it would be dense but somehow it’s not 😍

First update✨ I will be joining the Coffee Creek Farmers market the first Wednesdays of every month! These will be my ONLY bake days this summer. I’m working on the weekends a lot this summer so this allows me to still bake and execute quality/creativity that I strive for with my business.
My Portage customers- you can still preorder pick up in Portage on those dates if that is convenient to you! Preorder for market pickup will also be available starting TONIGHT.

The second update ✨
If you notice your bread in a different looking bag, it’s still the same bread you know and love! I’m looking into more sustainable packaging options and overall less single use plastic in my business. This benefits you on a functional level too— without the plastic windows there will be less condensation in bags! This will be a gradual change as I use up my current inventory.

I have genuinely missed baking for you so much 🫶🏻

It’s made me want to make all the things and get together. I’m going to do a big bake next weekend of all the chocolatey things I’m craving- chocolate chip artisan bread, chocolate chip jumbo muffins, salted caramel brownies, as well as the usual breads and cookies.

Preorder will be on my website and I’ll be making extra for the neighborhood if you’d like to stop by!
