Good morning to EVERYONE!!

THE SANDWICH SHOP is OPEN today!!!

It is another beautiful sunny day in the northwest today.

Our new sandwich girl Jenn, is eager to whip up

a satisfying Sandwich for you.

We are also nicely stocked on pastries and cookies.

As many of you may know, we are working on opening 7 days a week as well as opening at 7am, in order to be able to serve the public as we have always intended.

As we move forward on opening 7 days a week, we will be in need of several positions to be filled. We will be looking for a self-motivated person to work our 11pm to 7am shift. This person will need to be able to work effectively by themselves, at least until we can determine whether we will need a second 11pm to 7am person. This position will cover baking the daily breads and pastries as well as many of our wholesale products. We will also be looking for another retail person as well.

We will be posting the official job openings very soon.
But please feel free to drop off a resume anytime.

So, as most of you know, tomorrow is the Uptown Street Fair. Typically, we are out front on Lawrence Street with all of the other food vendors, but this year for some reason we will be back in our usual market location.

So, if you are planning to come to the Street Fair tomorrow, we will definitely be there, but we will be hidden behind all of the craft vendors at the end of the Tyler street.

Today we have our Croissant Hand Pies available.

We will have a Lemon Meringue, with our house-made sourdough croissant dough crust.
We also have the local Wild Blackberry, also with croissant dough crust.

We will have a Strawberry Rhubarb hand pie, with our house-made sourdough croissant dough crust.

We will also have a local Wild Blackberry hand pie, also with a croissant dough crust.
