Here's a little behind-the-scenes look at how I make my Maple & Pecan Sourdough Granola.

Every batch starts with sourdough discard, warm cinnamon, crunchy pecans, and maple syrup for just a slight hint of sweetness.

It's delicious over yogurt, with milk, or honestly... straight from the bag. 🤎

I'll be bringing some bags to the POC Farmers Market this Saturday if you'd like to give it a try!

Made with brown sugar, cinnamon, and cinnamon chips, then finished with a sweet vanilla glaze, this scone has all the cozy flavors of a cinnamon roll wrapped up in a buttery sourdough scone.
