LESSON: ALWAYS BAKE YOUR MISTAKES...FOR THEY MIGHT NOT END UP BEING MISTAKES AT ALL 😁☺️

This morning I woke up to a dough explosion all over the counter while I let it prove overnight, it was discouraging.... But I scooped it up and baked it anyway this morning and it turned out to be a beautiful crisp loaf!

The wonderful thing about sourdough is that it is VERY forgiving and hard to completely mess up.

The dried starter comes with a glass mason jar to help start you off on your journey as well as some instructions for rehydration!!!

Hello everyone! I am Cait's Doh and I bake sourdough products! From your everyday bread loaves to soft dinner rolls and gooey cinnamon buns, and everything in between.

I will post updates and new recipes as I grow and learn. For now, I can at least offer 2 of my best options so far;

"The Okayest Original" which is our classic, plain sourdough artisan loaf

AND my personal favorite...

"The Chocolate Chip Dessert" which is our classic original recipe combined with milk chocolate chips to sweeten the deal.
