Bake Day 6/27 is now open for preorders!

Garlic Parmesan is back again this week after such a great response, alongside the always popular Jalapeño Cheddar. And after granola completely exceeded my expectations last week, I hope everyone who grabbed a bag is enjoying it! Thank you all for the support and feedback.

One quick heads up: there will be no bake day on July 4th, so if you’d like bread for the holiday weekend or to have some stocked away, this is the week to order.

Not sure how to store extra bread? Feel free to reach out! I’m always happy to share my favorite storage and freezer tips so you can enjoy fresh sourdough whenever you’re ready for it.

I’m excited to introduce something a bit different for the bakery! 😊

Made in small batches with rolled oats, almonds, maple syrup, honey, dried blueberries, and our sourdough starter, this granola is baked until golden with plenty of crunchy clusters throughout.

Enjoy it with milk, over yogurt, on smoothie bowls, as a snack, or even sprinkled on salads for a little extra crunch.

Each resealable bag contains 1 lb of granola and has a 2-week shelf life, making it perfect for easy breakfasts and snacks throughout the week. Granola flavors will rotate every couple of months, starting with this week’s flavor: Blueberry Almond. 🫐

Last week, Garlic Herb sold out, and I was so excited to see how much you all enjoyed having it back on the menu. This week, I decided to keep the garlic theme going but switch things up a bit… so Garlic Parmesan is back on the lineup.

I know I just introduced a new scone flavor last week… but I couldn’t help myself 😅

This week’s new flavor: Rum Raisin ✨

These sourdough scones are packed with juicy raisins, warm cinnamon, vanilla, and a touch of rum flavor, then finished with a warm rum glaze. Cozy, buttery, and made for a good cup of coffee.

This one took a few test batches to get just right, and I’m really happy with where it landed.

Here’s the bake day lineup for Saturday, May 16 ✨

New this week: Lemon Poppy Seed Sourdough Scones 🍋 a flavor I’ve been wanting to make for a while now. These scones are buttery, tender, bright with lemon flavor, finished with a sweet glaze, and made with sourdough starter for extra depth and softness.

And yes, cinnamon rolls are back this week too 🤎

This is a flavor I’ve been thinking on for a while, and I’m so happy to finally bring it to life 🍋 These Lemon Poppy Seed Sourdough Scones are buttery, tender, and full of bright citrus flavor with a tiny crunch from poppy seeds. Finished with a sweet lemon glaze and made with sourdough starter for extra softness and depth, they feel like the perfect spring bake. Cozy, fresh, and so good. On next weeks menu!!
