AJ'S Cookies & More Hello my name is Anthony, I am a baker, I make homemade cookies from my heart to yours.

The Beginning

It was the summer of year 2011, My wife and I were living at my parents home because of some financial hardship. Through out the time living there my younger siblings were in school, particularly my youngest brother, he was participating in his school's fund raiser selling cookie dough by the tub. I supported him by purchasing a tub of peanut butter cookies, because peanut butter is my favorite. After some time the cookies arrived I was so happy and ready to bake them, and to my surprise only to be very disappointed the cookies were not good, I honestly expressed my feelings about the cookie, also being angry while expressing myself, I said these words " this is not a peanut butter cookie, I can make a better cookie." and the timely journey began of making Aj's Cookies, with peanut butter being the first, and started selling them the following year in 2012 over time I changed, developed, and advanced in making different cookies taking us to where we are now.
