How to shape my sourdough pizza dough balls! We are going for Neapolitan styled pizza. 1.5x speed so it’s faster. 😂

Place dough in your fridge as soon as you pick up or get delivery. Then pull dough out of fridge so it can come to room temperature while your oven preheats. Preheat oven as hot as it goes with your baking steel or pizza stone inside. (Or a cookie sheet if you don’t have those.) My oven goes to 550 degrees. Let it preheat about 45mins. Then shape dough as seen in this video!

Once shaped place on a well floured pizza peel (or back of a cookie sheet pan). Place toppings on dough. Then throw onto pizza steel or stone that is already hot in your oven! Bake 8-15mins depending on how hot your oven is! Bake until crust is very golden brown.
