Life is full of seasons, and with summer bringing new adventures, our cookie business will be taking a little step back for now. Haidyn is diving into cheer all summer, Trynity is working hard in summer classes to get ahead in school, and I’m planning to soak up more quality time camping and making memories with my family.

Hey, cookie lovers! I’m Bailey, the baker behind Ugly Duckling Sugar Cookie Company, and I wanted to take a moment to share a little about myself and the amazing family that supports me.

🍪 About Me: I’m 27, married to my high school sweetheart, Shelby Jackson, and together we have three beautiful kiddos—Cutler (5), Pyper (2), and Briar Rose (4 months). Life is a whirlwind of sugar, sprinkles, and snuggles, and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

💖 Why “Ugly Duckling”? Just like the classic story, I love taking something simple and turning it into something beautiful. Every cookie starts as a blank slate, and with a little patience and creativity, it transforms—just like life’s journey!
