Hello Sourdough Family!

As we get ready to celebrate our 1 year anniversary tomorrow, I wanted to thank each of you.

I have met so many amazing people this past year and am grateful for and blessed by all of you. 💜

A shout out to those who run the Kenosha Public Market for having such a great venue for small businesses to get started.

To my friends and family thank you for the many ways you help out, encourage me and pray for my business. 🥰

And last but not least, I am truly grateful for my husband, who helps set up and tear down each week, works the market with me and deals with the general chaos I bring to his life. 😘

I am looking forward to celebrating tomorrow with each of you!

💠 We use approximately 8 quarts of sourdough starter each week. 😳

💠 Sourdough bread pre-digests the gluten in the flour so it is easier on your gut.

💠 We go through 30-40 pounds of bread flour each week!

💠Contrary to what Cheddar Jalapeño said, we know that I am winning the selling out context 😂

This Saturday, June 20, is the one year anniversary of bringing our delicious mini loaves to the Kenosha Public Market!! 🎉🎉

To kick off anniversary week I thought I would share some fun facts about us...

Garlic Rosemary, Cinnamon Swirl and I have a contest going to see which of us will sell out first each week. (Tammy says we are tied, but come on, we all know I am winning. 😂)

In the last year we have sold over 3800 mini loaves! 🤯

We now have over 20 flavors!
