Anoosh (Armenian translation: sweetheart/sweetie), I can still here my mother calling me to come to the kitchen to help her. As a young child eager to be by my mother side, I could not wait to get my hands covered in flour and kneading dough. The table was covered with bricks of butter, crushed nuts, flour, eggs, and spices. The house was full of the sweet aromas of my mother's cooking. While children my age were busy with building blocks, I was busy building nourishment that would become a tradition and now an opportunity to share with all of you.

Since then, I have cultivated the same aromas in my own Armenian kitchen. Deciding what better way to honor the memory of my family and my roots but then to introduce the world to the unique flavors and savory bites one can only find in an authentic Armenian kitchen. Just like my mother shared here craft with neighbors, family and friends I too now am doing my part in bringing these same flavors to your homes, tables and event venues. The perfect gift for any holiday or occasion too! It is only the beginning, and the rest of the story is left to be told..............
