Y’all ready for fall flavors?! Check out our newest menu items:

🎃 Pumpkin Sourdough Scones: organic pumpkin, sourdough, and a blend of warm spices make these scones soft and buttery, all topped with a sweet maple glaze.

🍫 Chocolate Chunk Sourdough Scones: perfect for those classic chocolate cravings! Made with hand-chopped chocolate chunks and a subtle vanilla glaze.

🥐 Croissant Sourdough Bread: a twist on our traditional sourdough with a flaky crust and a deliciously soft crumb.

Our new items will be available to order starting Sunday 9/13! Keep an eye out for additional flavors - we’re still busy in the kitchen working on more treats for fall! 🍎🍁

Ever wonder what your local sourdough baker is up to during the week? 😆

When I have time during the day -which isn’t much as a stay-at-home mom- I love experimenting, trying new recipes, and creating recipes of my own. If I CAN make something from scratch using sourdough, chances are I will! Pancakes, cheddar crackers, hamburger buns, English muffins, dinner rolls, tortillas, cakes, cookies, muffins, the list goes on…

On the Test Menu this week: Sourdough Maple Pecan Granola and Sourdough Animal Crackers (featuring Christmas 🎅🏼 shapes because they’re the cookie cutters that I have on hand. I’ll buy 🐘 animal shapes eventually!)

Early bird gets the scone! Crowd favorite Maple Pecan Sourdough Scones are on the menu and will be fresh baked on Saturday morning!

To place an order, head over to our website! Pickups on Saturday are super easy: select your preferred pickup time when you check out on the website, and then your order confirmation will have our cottage bakery address. Come on up to the front door any time during your window, and Sephra will meet you there with your order. We love meeting our neighbors from all around North Texas!!

For everyone who guessed Jalapeño Cheddar last week, you are correct! 🔥 Our newest sourdough bread will be available for pre-order starting Sunday 6/28!

With both sliced and diced jalapeño, and both shredded and cubed cheddar cheese, this loaf has a nice heat throughout the bread with pockets of melted cheese.
