I just want to take a minute to say "Thank you!" to Sherry Clark at Culinary Co-Op in Lubbock for putting on a super fun modeling chocolate class this afternoon! Yall know I REFUSE to work with fondant, and I've been wanting to try my hand at modeling chocolate...so I jumped on the chance to continue my education. Sherry gave us the option to create our own Floral or Under the Sea themed piece, so naturally I decided to do my own thing and make mushrooms on a log. 😂😅🤷🏼‍♀️ I had SO much fun and loved learning a new skillset!!
3 things I took from today:
1. Never stop working on yourself! Make time to learn something new.
2. Support local businesses.
3. Others in your profession are assets to lean on, not competition. There's room for us all!

Happy birthday again Ella!! 🥳🎉 I got to bake for her birthday party with friends a few weeks ago here in Plainview, and again for her party with family today in Lubbock!
2 dozen Buttercream Sugar Cookies with custom edible images. The sorting hat cookies have random house colored frosting under the white swirls...so you get sorted! 😍 And 1 dozen 4-bite thick, fudgy brownies with classic house colored frosting + sprinkles!

The summer she turned 13! 💙🐚🌊⛵️. Happy 13th Birthday Cree! 🥳🎉
As my hubby says, I'm the queen of underpromising and over-delivering. 😅 I couldn't *just* do blue dipped with some bows... I had to do lots of fun drizzles, hand-tie a bunch of mini bows, individually place lots of pearl sprinkles in 3 different dizes, and give some sparkle!
Fresh dipped 2 dozen berries this morning in small batch tempered Callebaut Belgian white chocolate colored with premium Colour Mill colors to match the invitations. 😊

Happy Anniversary to some sweet friends! 🥰
Met them in Abernathy this evening to take back to Lubbock. 9" Ice Cream Cake!! 100% from scratch and homemade! Vanilla Chocolate Chip ice cream with a layer of gooey fudge and crushed Oreos, topped with a colorful confetti sprinkle birthday cake flavored cake. Homemade whipped topping with edible gold flakes + gold jimmies sprinkled on top. 😋 Perfect anniversary cake for a 🔥 🥵 hot day!
