DeRosa's Cakes was named after my Grandmother, Florence Marshall (her maiden name DeRosa), a cute little Italian woman whose family owned a market in Jersey City decades and decades ago. I decided it was the perfect way to remember my grandmother, a woman who always loved to bake. DeRosa's cakes is a home-based business and it's all made by me, Jessie who is a graduate of the CIA and also has a de

gree in Graphic Design. I offer custom made cakes for pretty much any occasion in Berkshire County, Massachusetts. If you would like cookies, pies, or other confections just let me know!
