Mini tarts with a lattice top for Father’s Day! This is one of my Dad’s favorite desserts, typically made in a jelly roll pan and cut into bars- but I wanted to try something different this year. First, I made homemade lemon curd and then I made these in a whoopie pie pan, yes it was extra, but he is too ❤️
