November 26, 2024 was our first day setting our alarms super early. Apparently, so did you. We had lines wrapping around the block, ecstatic as we navigated what we thought was a soft opening.

Thanks to you, we have been open for a full year. You haven’t stopped coming. We know how lucky we are to have new friends and regulars show up for us. You’ve brought your spouses, kids, and friends. We cannot express how grateful we are that you added us to your routines or made us your spot for a special treat.

Even better, we love spending our days with you. Not to brag, but to brag: our team is incredible. The bagelers you meet are so enthusiastic and work hard to see you enjoy our food as much as they do. Our menu started with a few bagels and cream cheeses and has since expanded to sandwiches, desserts, and even challahs. We could not have imagined a better place than Castle Shannon for our home base and feel so welcome in this community. All of it is because of you, and your feedback and love keep us going. Thank you.

For the month of December, we have lots of ways we want to show our gratitude…so stay tuned. We love you! Ramble over! 🎤
