***This is why I started 30 day challenge and the beginning of my Arbonne Journey***

During the beginning of quarantine I noticed the amount of sugar I was DRINKING (coffee and sweet tea)! I mean I knew it was bad but the day I texted Stu the grocery was the day I knew my sugar habit needed to be kicked! For those of you who are wondering why that day? Well his immediate response was.....”Tia I just bought you sugar like a month ago!” I looked in the pantry and realized ME, MYSELF, and I consumed all that sugar!!
