I have been trying to stick to my anti inflammatory diet better recently, so I decided to try some chocolate chip almond flour scones. (Watching 5 episodes of Great British Baking Show yesterday may have influenced that decision.) These are grain-free, use chocolate chips, so no added sugar there, and are sweetened with just 1 Tablesoon of honey in the whole batch. They are even better with some melted butter poured over them. š
